We stand completely behind the quality of Aura Reads. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, simply reply to the receipt email you received from Lemon Squeezy, or contact us directly with the email address you used to purchase. We will process your refund promptly.
Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
After 14 days from the purchase date, we can no longer issue refunds. Access to the digital product will be revoked upon successful completion of a refund.
